FULL PLANNING

The full service planning is for the couple that needs to be assisted through the entire process.

Pre-Wedding

  • Wedding planning timeline preparation and working with a wedding checklist spreadsheet
  • Monthly tasks for wedding couple to complete
  • Monthly checkpoint meetings
  • Budget spreadsheet
  • 1 onsite venue visit within region (outside of demographics charges will apply)
  • Working alongside venue for all wedding details
  • Establishing priorities, developing and tracking the budget
  • Ceremony +  reception venue location
  • Vendor recommendations, negotiations and bookings
  • Contract review if required
  • Vendor management
  • Creation and execution of design  + theme
  • Wedding favors & accessories suggestions
  • Coordinating accommodations, transportation and child care if required

Wedding Day -Partial Day of Coordination

  • Arrival 1 hour prior to wedding ceremony
  • Point of contact for all vendors the day-of
  • Directing the ceremony processional
  • Coordinating the reception set up with vendors
  • Check-in with photographer prior to  ceremony
  • Liaison with Officiant/Church
  • Check-in with venue to ensure they are ready to receive guests for cocktail hour
  • Ensuring cocktail hour runs smoothly
  • Preparing bridal party for reception entrance
  • Working with the DJ prior to dinner to ensure dinner and speeches run smoothly
  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
  • Coordinating with DJ – Special Dancers, Celebrations, Cultural Dances, any other shows as required
  • Coordinating with the DJ First Dance, Mother/Father and Son/Mother Dances
  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
  • Schedule cake cutting
  • Check-in with venue to confirm the midnight snacks are on schedule
  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors if required
  • Done as brides and groom are seated for dinner
  • Extra hours are available per hour

PARTIAL PLANNING

The partial service planning is for the couple that needs to be assisted with some of the process. The partial planning is for those who need some guidance through the planning process and will be customized to the couples needs. They are limited to include some of the Full Planning options noted below.

Pre-Wedding

  • 1 onsite venue visit within region (outside of demographics will be an extra charge)
  • Vendor recommendations
  • Vendor management 6 months to wedding date
  • Execution of a design theme
  • Wedding favors & accessories suggestions
  • Coordinating accommodations, transportation and child care if required
  • General advice and consultation
  • 5 meetings via video chat or phone
  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
  • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

Wedding Day – Partial Day of Coordination

MONTH OF COORDINATION

This package if for the couple that needs the well deserved break one month prior to their wedding day. We ensure all the details are executed and all the vendors are paid on time along with day of coordination.

Pre-Wedding

  • Three pre-wedding consultations
  • Supplying vendor recommendations
  • Constructing a detailed wedding day itinerary
  • Confirming all details with the vendors prior to the wedding day – google spreadsheet
  • Going over all the wedding details to ensure nothing is forgotten or overlooked
  • Reviewing the design and floral’s to confirm design plan
  • Reviewing payments to vendors
  • Handling all the details one month prior to give the clients a well deserved rest

Wedding Day – Partial Day of Coordination

  • Arrival 1 hour prior to wedding ceremony
  • Point of contact for all vendors the day-of
  • Directing the ceremony processional
  • Coordinating the reception set up with vendors
  • Arranging wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors if required
  • Check-in with photographer prior to  ceremony
  • Liaison with Officiant/Church
  • Check-in with venue to ensure they are ready to receive guests for cocktail hour

  • Assisting venue with flip if required
  • Preparing bridal party for reception entrance

DESIGN + STYLING SERVICES

DESIGN PROCESS

THE ” LET’S CHAT ” MEETING

During this meeting we don’t go over as many design details as you might think. This is my chance to really get to know YOU. We will go over your dream wedding style and all your wedding ideas, including what your wedding would look like if budget weren’t a thing. Believe it or not, we will also just talk about life. I want to know where you work, how you met, what you do for fun and if you have any fur children at home. Getting to know YOU is going to allow me to bring more of your life and personality into the day.

 
 

THE QUESTIONNAIRE

 

After our first meeting, I will send you a questionnaire to fill out. This might seem a little overkill since we JUST went over your wedding ideas, but you would be amazed at how much can change! I find that our first meeting really gets the wheels turning and this questionnaire allows you to expand on those new ideas. This little questionnaire includes things such as a link to your Pinterest board, 3 words to describe your ideal wedding, your favorite wedding details and photos of things your LOVE and things you HATE. Believe it or not, knowing what you don’t like can actually be more helpful that what you DO like.

THE MOOD BOARD

THE “MOOD BOARD ” MEETING

After you submit your questionnaire, we create two Wedding Mood Boards for you to review. This give you two different directions to choose from and is the first glimpse into your wedding day style. This ensures we are on the right track and prevents us from spending hours upon hours creating a detailed design proposal that you don’t love. We then tweak your favorite Mood Board, if needed, and have the frame work for all the wedding design details.

THE DESIGN PROPOSAL

Once we have created the perfect mood board, we can start diving into all the details! This process takes the longest, as we want to be able to brainstorm the BEST ideas for your big day. The customized design proposal tends to be about 10 – 15 pages of gorgeous imagery, and includes options for ALL the wedding day design details! This is when is starts to feel more real.

After we complete this proposal, we set up a time to discuss it via a Zoom Meeting. As we flip through your design proposal, you will see a few different options for the ceremony and reception, as well as a few ‘splurge’ options. I am a big believer that there should be one or two big focal points at the wedding. For example, this could be a custom place card display, hanging décor, a breathtaking lounge or a unique and luxurious dessert display.

 
 

You job at this meeting is to pick and choose your favorite items! Sometimes this is picking everything exactly as it is in the proposal, while other times this means combining or tweaking ideas to get the best version.

THE REVISED DESIGN

THE REVISED DESIGN PROPOSAL

Based on your input, we will REVISE your design proposal and put together the FINAL design. This, ideally, will fully encompass your style and will bring your vision completely to life. Once this is revised, we will wrap it in a nice bow with linen samples and make it feel like the ‘real deal’
